Personally I just don't know what I would do without my Amazon Prime Account.
I mean, of course most of you already know that I am a READER second ONLY to MOTHER,
and that I read at least 5 books in any given week.
What many of you may not know is that with the hundred or so free books I get each week, whether it be from an Author or Publisher or Book Review company so that I can review it for my blog, or it be from any of the four free different emails I get each day that lists free books for that day, or it be from any of the NUMBER of Facebook groups I belong to which offer free books every day, or it be from a giveaway I've won, or THEY ARE BORROWED FROM AMAZON PRIME,
I said free books....on top of all that, yes I do actually shop for EVEN MORE books at the store (online or better yet...ON GROUND) where I buy books, because YES, ONE CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY BOOKS!!!
Ok, so obviously BOOKS aren't WHY I can't live without my Amazon Prime account, lol.
But the fact that my membership includes over 40,000 movies and TV episodes is one of the real reasons...and NOT because I watch TV or movies! Because I DON'T (almost NEVER anyways!)
But, my kids DO! And I don't have to pay for cable or satellite or rent movies from Redbox or Netflix or heaven forbid, an actual movie rental store...wait...DO THEY STILL HAVE THOSE??
You know, Blockbuster, Family Video, those kind? Seriously?? Do they??
My boys can literally watch any of these more than 40,000 shows FOR FREE at any time of the day or night, on their phone, their tablet, their laptop, even hook the HDMI cord (correct cord??) up to the regular big screen TV for all I care (it's just sitting there collecting dust anyways)....they just CAN'T watch them on MY COMPUTER
Ok, so obviously that's not MY REASON for wanting it, but it's why the boys like it!!!!
Just one last reason why I, personally can't live without it...YES ME for real this time !!
It's because I do like to do other things besides read and spend time with my kiddos. And those things mainly involve spending money....AS IN SHOPPING !!!
And yep, my Amazon Prime gives me free 2 day shipping on PRETTY MUCH
anything I buy thru them. And I don't mean shopping for books, I mean shopping for SHOES, CLOTHES, TOYS, etc, etc,....you know REAL SHOPPING :)
Like let's just say....this entire outfit that I might need for Tuesday night...
